Was born in 1974 in the city Ijevan of the Tavush Region.

Graduated from Ijevan Secondary School No. 2 with a gold medal.

Graduated with honors from the Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.
2005
Defended his PhD thesis entitled "Legal issues related to the use of promissory notes in international settlements" and received the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences.
2014
Upon the decision of the Scientific Council of the Yerevan State University was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor in jurisprudence.

Served as a lawyer at "Great Ararat" LLC.
