Liana Onik Hakobyan
Was born in 1976 in Yerevan.
In 1997
Graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of International Relations.
In 2002
Graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.
In 2010
Was awarded the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences.
1996 - 2003
Served as a First-Class Specialist in the General Department of the Staff Secretariat at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, then as an Assistant to Judge.
1999 - 2013
Served as the Executive Director of the "Public Association of International Law" NGO.
2003 - 2013
Served as the Head of the Legal Advisory Service (Department) of the Staff at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2009
Upon the decision of the RA Prime Minister was included in the Commission for the Development of National Reports provided for by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights adopted in 1966.

Upon the decree of the RA President was appointed to the position of the Judge of the RA Administrative Court.
24 June, 2021
Upon the decree NH-129-A of the RA President was appointed to the position of the Judge of the RA Administrative Court of Appeal.
Was elected as a Candidate of the RA for the position of a Judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
Taught at the Russian-Armenian University and the Academy of Justice of the RA.
