Was born in 1966 in Gavar.
1983 - 1988
Studied at the Yerevan State University, Law Faculty.
1988 - 1989
Served as a Legal Consultant at the "Kamosark" factory.
1989 - 1990
Served as an Investigator in the Investigative Department of Kirovakan.
1990 - 1992
Served as an Investigator in Investigative Department of Kamo.
1992 - 1994
Served as a Senior Investigator of particularly important cases in the Investigation Department of the Gegharkunik Region.
1994 - 1999
Served as the Head of the Department in the Investigative Department of Kamo.
1999 - 2003
Served as a Judge in the Court of First Instance of the Gegharkunik Region.
2003 - 2008
Served as the President of the First Instance Court of the Gegharkunik Region.
2008 - 2009
Served as the President of the Northern Criminal Court.
February 27, 2009
Upon the Decree of the RA President was appointed to the position of a Judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia.
2014 - 2018
Served as a Member of the RA Council of Justice.
Since 2018
Was elected as a Member of the RA Supreme Judicial Council for a five year term.
June 8, 2018
Upon the Decree NH-337-A of the RA President was appointed to the position of a Judge of the Court of First Instance of Gegharkunik Region.

Judge of the Judicial Panel of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation Trying Corruption Crime Cases.
