Artur Lyudwig Atabekyan
Was born in 1982 in Yerevan.
A. Atabekyan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the YSU in 2002.
A. Atabekyan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia in 2008.
A. Atabekyan worked as the first category specialist at the Public Utilities Department of the municipality of the Arabkir community of Yerevan from 2004 to 2005.
Since 2005, A. Atabekyan worked at the Economic Court of the RA as an operator-secretary, then he was appointed the Head of the department.
From 2005 to 2006, A. Atabekyan held the position of a specialist at the Department of generalization of judicial practice and judicial statistics of the Secretariat of the Council of Chairmen of the Courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Since 2006, A. Atabekyan worked as specialist at the Department of generalization of judicial practice and judicial statistics at the Staff Department of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2006 to 2008, A. Atabekyan worked as a specialist at the Department of Judicial Statistics of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2008 to 2012, A. Atabekyan held the position of the senior specialist of the Judicial practice generalization department of the Judicial department of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2012, A. Atabekyan graduated from the Judicial school of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2012, A. Atabekyan worked at the Organisational and legal department of the Judicial department of the Republic of Armenia as a senior specialist.
On October 18, 2012, by decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, A. Atabekyan was appointed a judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the Lori region [marz].
According to the statement published in the resolution ԲԴԽ-31-Ո-75, on August 10, 2018, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, A. Atabekyan was appointed a judge of the Bankruptcy Court.
On January 13, 2022, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia ՆՀ-13-Ա, A. Atabekyan was appointed the Chairman of the Bankruptcy Court for three years’ period.
On April 7, 2023, A. Atabekyan was elected a member of the Supreme Judicial Council by the General Meeting of Judges of the Republic of Armenia.
On February 12, 2024, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia ՆՀ-35-Ա A. Atabekyan was appointed the judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2002 to 2004, A. Atabekyan served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
