Born in 1974 in Ijevan, RA.

OTHER INFORMATION

From 1996 to 1998, he completed temporary military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

EDUCATION

In 1991 he was admitted to the Law Department at the Yerevan State University, and graduated in 1996 with a B.A in Law. 

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

From 2000 to 2008, he was a member of the RA Union of Advocates, and a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates as a lawyer.


From 2000 to 2004, he worked at the NGO "Young Lawyers Association of Armenia" as a program lawyer.


From 2006 to 2007, he worked at "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund as a lawyer.


From 2008 until 2021 served as a judge of the general jurisdiction court of Tavush region.


By the Decree of the President of RA on July 4, 2018, he was appointed as The Chief Judge at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the Tavush Region of RA.


By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on August 17, 2021, was appointed as a Judge of the Civil Court of Appeals of the RA. 


By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia of December 23, 2022, was appointed as a judge of the Judicial Composition of the Examination of the Civil Cases of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation of RA.
